Maude Brossoie

Maude focuses on Knowledge Management, Technical Documentation and Workforce Retention

Ms. Brossoie is a knowledge management expert with a multidisciplinary approach to her work, which includes a strong sciences background in civil engineering complemented by outstanding written and oral communications.  She has over 30 years of public and private sector experience capturing and organizing data, analyzing information, synthesizing and sharing data, and ensuring organization-wide knowledge base availability. Her knowledge management skills embrace quality assurance and document management. She adeptly translates technical concepts and jargon for decision makers. She expertly analyzes source materials to produce clear depiction of systems, business processes and procedures including System Development Life-Cycle (SDLC) documentation. Ms. Brossoie’s staff development experience is in curriculum design and creating training programs. She has developed workforce retention strategies and she coaches executives and staff.

Ms. Brossoie has consulted to a wide variety of government and private sector industries. Her public sector experience includes the following: Department of Labor (DOL), Department of Defense (DoD), US Army, US Air Force, US Navy, Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Internal Revenue Service (IRS), Department of Justice (DOJ), Federal Aviation Agency (FAA), and Fairfax County Department of Environmental Management.

In the private sector, her work has included the Health Care and Pharmaceutical Industry, specifically:  Assistant Medical Librarian Defense Center of Excellence (DCOE) for traumatic brain injury (TBI) and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), researched and identified credible sources for inclusion in the DCOE Resource Library, developed abstracts from source material concerning traumatic brain injury and psychological health, ensuring Bibliographic Citation adhered to American Psychological Association (APA) standards and format. She developed patient satisfaction surveys and documentation of complex patient management for DoD medical administration systems such as Tri Care.

Maude’s Telecommunications work included: standards and specifications for Comsat’s Roaring Creek Earth Station. Work on system diagrams and documentation, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and design documents. Maude also developed installation manuals, standard operating procedures (SOPs), user guides, presentations, and training materials.

In the Credit Fraud and Banking arena she worked on: credit fraud identification, risk identification, money movement, banking records imaging, storage and retrieval programs and SDLC documentation for two major financial institutions.

Finally, her Civil and Environmental Engineering work included: construction management for commercial office buildings, residential housing, and roads and streets, environmental engineering, storm water management, legislative research, EPA permits and compliance and engineering software documentation.

Maude earned an A.A.S. in Civil Engineering, Mercer County Community College, West Windsor, New Jersey.
